そば粉の種類や特徴を学び、そば打ちの基本を理解します。/Learn about the different types of buckwheat flour and their characteristics, and understand the basics of soba-making.

水回し、こねる、のばす、切るなどのそば打ちを実践します。/You will practice soba-making techniques such as turning the water, kneading, stretching, and cutting.

自分で打ったそばを茹でて、特製つゆとともに味わいます。/You will boil the soba you made in minutes and enjoy it with the special tsuyu.
