この体験では、日本文化や礼儀作法の魅力を直接感じていただきながら、日本舞踊の基本的な動きと曲に合わせた踊りを学んでいただけます。/In this experience, you will be able to experience first-hand the charm of Japanese culture and etiquette while learning the basic movements of Japanese dance and dancing to music.

日本舞踊の歴史やその背景にある日本文化についてお話しします。/We will talk about the history of Japanese dance and the Japanese culture behind it.

礼儀作法のレクチャー

日本舞踊では、動きだけでなく、心構えや礼儀が大切です。扇子の持ち方や正しい立ち居振る舞いなど、日本独自の美しい所作を学びます。/In Japanese dance, not only the movements but also the attitude and etiquette are important. You will learn beautiful manners unique to Japan, such as how to hold a folding fan and proper posture and behavior.

基本の動きの練習

初めての方にも楽しんでいただけるよう、基本的なステップや手の動きを丁寧にお教えします。/We will carefully teach you basic steps and hand movements so that even beginners can enjoy it.

曲に合わせて踊る

最後に、実際に日本舞踊の曲に合わせて踊ります。一連の動きが音楽と調和した瞬間、日本舞踊の魅力を存分に感じていただけるはずです。/Finally, you will actually dance to a Japanese dance song. The moment a series of movements harmonize with the music, you will be able to fully feel the charm of Japanese dance.
